- Debris and packaging cleared from the space

- Deadline / handover date
We quote on square footage, frequency, and scope — not a flat rate — so you only pay for what your space needs. Insured, with a certificate of insurance on request.

- Do you do rough and final cleans?
- Yes — we can do a rough clean mid-project and a detailed final clean before handover, or just the final pass. Tell us the stage and we'll scope it.
- Can you work to a handover deadline?
- Yes — post-construction work is deadline-driven, and we'll size the crew to hit your move-in or inspection date.
- Do you remove construction debris?
- We clear packaging, dust, and light debris as part of the clean. Large material disposal or dumpster haul-away is coordinated separately — just let us know the scope.
- Are you insured for job-site work?
- Yes — we carry commercial liability coverage and provide a COI naming the general contractor or owner on request.
